Words are powerful, but people prefer pictures
We are not born able to read, but we can respond to pictures. We learn to read as a result of hard work. Even though we don’t realise it, our brains still have to work hard to read something, but it finds it easy to ‘read’ a picture. And a picture can deliver mood, humour and information in one instant package, whereas it would take a lot of words to do the same. ‘A picture paints a thousand words’ is a cliche, but it remains true.
In your advertising allow pictures to say most of your words.
